How to enable cookies to access Facebook

Hi everyone
I want to access Facebook but Midori says I haven't got cookies enabled. I looked in Preferences but can't see anything.
Midori help mentions something about pop up windows blocked by default, is this a factor?

I ticked the cookie manager box but still getting same message from Facebook. might try other computer and see if that changes it. Pclos KDE there.
