E17 composite transparency?

where can I change the transparency level for inactive windows in the composite window, or can I?

I can only do it for active windows.  I've been trying to do it for inactive windows but I'm not successful.  Perhaps the 2 resident E17 gurus around here (Agust and Smurflover) have any ideas?

All options available for Composite in:

Menu > Settings > Settings Panel , Tab Appearance , Composite.

I looked there, not sure which was the setting to change unfocused transparency.  :(
