LXDE ISOs don't match Md5Sum

Hi,

I have tried to download LXDE 2010.10 8 times and each time the sums don't match. Full version is 587MB I always get 588. What is the  Md5Sum for the mini version?

Hi ranran,

the size of pclinuxos-lxde-2010.10.iso is 588 MB and its md5sum is: 8ed461087f8e360d0fc1268217f36bc1 

If your downloaded iso has this md5sum then all is fine. If not, you can get the iso from:
http://ftp.heanet.ie/pub/pclinuxos/live-cd/

Hi,

I suggest to avoid downloading from within a web browser, as often people do, it's not always reliable, especially on big files such as isos that need to never loose bits on the way. To download we have wget, gwget, kget, and aria2 and also multiget : nice program ! I'm giving it a try now.
