Here is how I changed this desktop file:

The latest addlocale desktop file, as of today, is contains more translations than the upper one. However, and although I don't read German I notice some difference with the above German translation. In the name for example it looks like there would be a space needed:
actual addlocale.destkop:

Name[de]=Lokalisationsmanager

and above:

Name[de]=Lokalisation Manager

I was never good in German at school but with German being my mother tongue I am pretty confident that the current translation is good as it is

Please don't get me wrong but in my opinion the 13 translations of the current desktop are just fine as they are and I don't want to constantly change/update and re-package them because someone thinks this may sound better than that and 2 days later someone else comes up with yet another idea.  The dev-team of PCLinuxOS is extremely small and there is zero time/resources for doing any linguistic perfectionism. The current language support via addlocale is already pretty good but it is done in my free-time, which is very limited and already occupied by other things...

Well i think, what ever we translate, it gives some, they want it ,make better....

I will ask GoogleTranslater  -> GT has no opinion on this  ,
