Wifi dont work with phoenix-mini-2010.11.iso

With pclinuxos-phoenix-mini-2010.11.iso in my usbkey the wireless card atheros 5100+ is recognized as ath0 and dont work, but with
pclinuxos-phoenix-xfce-2010.10.iso this wireless card is recognized as wlan0 and work ok.

I think it is a problem of the last pclinuxos-phoenix-mini-2010.11.iso

I think it is a problem of the last pclinuxos-phoenix-mini-2010.11.iso

That is because Sproggy included the legacy madwifi drivers that do not work for newer atheros wifi cards. Open the Synaptic Package Manager and search for madwifi. Remove the following 2 packages:

dkms-madwifi
madwifi

Open the Configure your computer -> Network & Internet -> Remove Connection and delete the wireless connection. Reboot your computer then go back into the Configure your computer -> Network & Internet -> Setup New Network Interface.

Hope this will fix your wireless issue.
