WIndows Drawing off the edge of the screen
« on: November 03, 2010, 11:00:40 PM »
Hi guys,

I just installed e-17 light and I have a problem. when I open Chromium, the bottom is below my monitor edge so I can't grab it to change it's size. As usual I am running it in VirtualBox. I have noticed before that sometimes programs will draw themselves partially off screen. For instance if VLC is too close to the edge and you try to open a file, the open file dialog will be half off the screen. I can also drag any window past the screen edge...

help!!! lol

Can you hold the alt key down and then the left mouse button down then pull it into view?

Thanks to everyone who donates. You keep the servers running.

yeppers, which raised the top above the top edge, but I got it where I need it. But now I have no resize arrows. Why doesn't E-17 have a left, right or bottom screen border? well it does kind of because the shelves draw in the right place.

thanks btw

okay, I have my resize arrows back. I had to change Chromium's preferences back to "hide system title bar..." yadda yadda
