Added Nvidia Graphics Card ?
« on: November 04, 2010, 06:19:35 AM »
I have added an Nvidia Gforce FX5200 256MB 128 BIT DDR graphics card (installed into PCI slot )

This computer also has onboard graphics ( No option in BIOS to disable )

When I go into Configure Your Desktop>WorkSpace Appearance>Desktop Effects - everything is grayed out and the following is displayed
Desktop effects are not available on this system due to the following technical issues:

The system is currently using the Nvidia card

Any suggestions ?

NVIDIA GForce FX series

When configuring the card it tells me that there is a proprietary driver available  - do I want to use it - I answered yes
