Phoenix/lxde: Mounting partions?
« on: October 29, 2010, 06:46:06 PM »
I have a feeling that I'm going to kick myself after asking this...

How do you mount partitions in Phoenix? I'm so used to having the easy accessibility of konqueror in 2009.2 that mounting any other way seems a chore. Help me out folks.

Hi Phoenix is Xfce : not Lxde.

Partitions of what type do you want to mount ?

You may add them in fstab, then add a shortcut to the mount directory in the left bar of the file manager...

Thanks for the correction. Xfce then.

How do I add them in the fstab? I checked. They're not there. After creating the entry how do I go about creating the shortcut on the left bar of the file manager?

Thanks.
