Hello, I was following some tips in another thread about setting up samba file sharing from another thread and used this link that Xero referred to:
http://74.54.219.50/~lxgator/gnome/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3004&sid=f5ba4b200abc043bf9d0b8597f0d3071

Now when I look in my Documents folder, the only one I set to sharing in the link above,  (in Dolphin) all I see is white space, cannot create new folder, among other things.

If I open as super user in Konquerer, I can see and change everything as usual.

One clue is I might have messed up my hosts settings. I set as in above link, but I think maybe I deleted some localhost, domain 127.0.0.x that was there as default.

Thanks
