is there any thought of making a "fat" - livedvd  version of pclos?
Many times Ive come across the same "problem"
I want to introduce pclos to friends (though I am a newbie !) ;D
But unfortunately after the super fast installation which excites the win user, I have to connect/update /install locales/ install office / install some utilities as kshutdown/games/maybe compiz some zip utility  and some samba components.... which all demand a previous update  :o :-[
this takes time /demands internet connection (sometimes servers are down) etc and that adds some confusion to the newbie and makes installation ...."time-place dependable"
 :(
one cannot do it "everywhere" and "from scratch"

I think that a some how "inflated" version would be quite useful ::)
am I right??

Search the forum for       FullMonty   ......  a 2.3GB 'fat' ISO which should meet your needs.
