Virtual Box and Windows7
« on: October 31, 2010, 11:53:27 AM »
Does anyone know anything about Windows 7?  I just got a new notebook and decided to just run my WinXP vm in VB.  I discovered that Dell loaded a 64 bit version on it and my programs do not run.  So I need to use the vm.

So now I'm trying to use the network like I do in PCLOS to access my data files from the VM.  But even though the work group is set the same I still cannot access the data files.

I've tried sharing folders and that works, so I know that I can access that way.  But I've always found that using the network is faster that folder sharing.

Any Idea's,
