Just packaged memtest86+-4.10 as ELF for modern BIOSes

The title says it all, really. I was having trouble with the repo one which just gave me GRUB error 28. This is because modern BIOSes are taking more of the 640k and it's just not enough for everyone anymore.

Hope there isn't a downside to packaging it this way.
