Can't view pdf in Chromium

I've just installed Chromium 8.0.552.0 (62249) but I can't still view pdf inside the browser. 

I can. I went to this link to test.

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf

How can I set Chromium to open pdfs with Okular? Now it tries to open the internal pdf viewer.

With the latest update (9.0.570.1 (64589)) I can now open pdfs inside Chromium. The internal viewer has problems with encrypted documents but I hope this will be resolved in an upcoming version.
