[SOLVED]Animation App Pencil Not Showing In Repos

Sorry to be asking this guys. even the most basic/common questions wont show in search. So, I have to revert to posting.

Theres a new package that was announced "shipped" to repos. I must apologize if I come off as anxious . But I been waiting to get my hands on this app and start doing some work with it. I remember it was posted before as to how long it takes for new items to hit the repos before being publicly available to all users. I was wondering if anyone remembers if it was 24hrs or more.

This item was announced as shipped around 2:55am Saturday.

Are you using the PASS repo or a public repo? If PASS, it is available. Public repos will take a little longer.

Ok, then thats probably why I dont see it. I dont have PASS access.

Ok, last question: I might be going offline later today. Out of curiousity. I have to use a windows laptop for accessing wifi. Is there a URL I can go to that reflects whats in Synaptic? So that I can download it on that lappy. Burn it to a CD to load up on my main PC?
