From enlightenment.org

Several core EFL libraries have now been released as beta. There may be some minor bugs, but most if not all are gone. We invite input, especially on bugs, and any patches you may have to fix them. You can get the beta releases of Eina, Eet, Evas, Ecore, Embryo, Edje, Efreet, E_Dbus and Eeze here (Note: I tested this link and at present the folder doesn't yet have any apps in it)

There are also snapshots of Elementary and Enlightenment available from here. They are not considered stable at this time, but do work. They go together with the beta release above.

You can also get the above libraries in their beta (and snapshot) state if you check out SVN revision 52995. Versions released/snapshotted are as below:

    * Eina - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Eet - 1.4.0 BETA
    * Evas - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Ecore - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Embryo - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Edje - 1.0.0 BETA
    * E_Dbus - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Efreet - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Eeze - 1.0.0 BETA
    * Elementary - SNAPSHOT
    * Enlightenment - SNAPSHOT

Definitely a fan of E-17, can't wait! KDE4 is just not shaping up the way I had hoped. I may be heading the KDE -> E-17 route when E-17 is ready for or near release.
Great news.

Agust, seems like your making themes for nothing, never seen e17 development go so fast.
Better stick to one or 2 themes per distro until things have gone quiet. :)

Yes, they said we need to fix our theme package.  I switched to the default theme and the settings panel works properly. :'(

Arrrggggg!!!!! , the bug is fixed (Thanks Cedric) , changing the lines marked with the asterisk.(rel1.relative:0.5 1.0 and delete rel2.offset: 0 -5)
But there is no problem, where I can send a theme that I think works well? ::)
If this theme works well, would do the update of some themes.
