This works for me Fargo:

Configure Your Desktop >> Hardware >> Removable Devices

and under  "Automount at Login" add a check mark against the internal drives/partitions you want listed and they should then show up in Dolphin.

As the name suggests I believe this feature is really meant for External Drives & Devices but I find it works perfectly well for internal drives and partitions.

May need to restart your desktop.

Note: the other option in this section is "Automount at Attach"

Thanks for the info.  I tried this but I didn't really notice that it changed anything.  I will play with the different options later.  Maybe I just didn't select the correct options.

Old Polack - I did install sysinfo:/.  It wasn't quite what I was looking for either.  But it is a really nice feature to have so I'm glad I installed it.  I plan to make a short cut to it for easy reference.  For those wondering it doesn't open in Dolpin.  Instead it will open in a new window of Konqurer.
