I been using PCLOS on my IBM T60 for ages. Works great.
Recently completed reformat and fresh install, and now the keyboard is sub-optimal.
Been to Configuration Settings, Hardware, Keyboard, Keyboard Layout = US (International), Keyboard Type = IBM ThinkPad R60/T60/R61/T61.
Been to Desktop Configuration, Hardware, Input Devices, Keyboard, Keyboard Mode = IBM ThinkPad R60/T60/R61/T61, NumLock = Turn Off
Most keys working as intended, BUT NOT the single-quote and (shift) double-quote key beside the Enter key.
I want the plain vertical single-quote and double-quote characters. ´ and ¨
If I press that key twice, I get the sloping single-quote and sloping double-quote characters.
I´m sure there´s a simple setting someplace that I need to find. Then tweak a knob.
Hope somebody can help with my PBKAC.
