Using ecomorph on a nvidia geforce fx5200, much faster as compiz fusion, don't feel a difference in responsiveness with or without ecomorph.
I do have a strange issue: if i open a window on one desktop the shadow shows on all other desktops? Any fixes or anyone else noticing this?

Well , Ecomorph has its effects shadows, remove sadows emodule   ;).
Nvidia 7200LE , works fine.

 ;) , Now Windows opacity:
Ecomorph > Windows Opacity , Tab add(then you create the option Xterm) edit it as you showed in the picture.
For applications (class=application) for windows (type=windows)
