Dose any one know where the files that control the way KDE desktop displayed settings are?
It occurs to me the poblem with this desktop bug is that there is no "NONE" option for Arrangement in
Folder View Setting > Display
since it is clear that this bug is not high priority for KDE I am wondering if there is a way to hack in disabling the Arrangement all togeather so even thought the bug will still be present the desktop will stay where I put it?
Hope someone has some ideas or can point me in the right direction
