Where can I get Kppp for Xfce. 82 yr young friend wants to try Xfce

nothing is showed when you search for kppp in synaptic?

The man has only a modem connection, can't get online without Kppp on the cd

 The link in the PCC for the modem goes to www.heby.de which is a dead link.He is getting a different modem
