next_desktop_key - prev_desktop_key
« on: September 11, 2010, 11:02:44 AM »
Hi,

I use keyboard shortcuts to move to the next or the previous workspace.  The keyboard shortcut order for next workspace is next_workspace_key which works fine.
The shortcut order for previous workspace is prev_workspace_key.  That - however - doesn't work.

left_workspace_key
right_workspace_key
up and down_workspace_key

all work.  What happened to prev_workspace_key?  Couldn't find anything about a change of code on the net.

Please advise.

longtom,

Open Xfce Settings Manager, go to Window Manager, then the Keyboard tab. Find Previous Desktop in the list. Double click it. Press the key combo you'd like to use for "prev_workspace_key."

Easy indeed, thanks parnote.

Still wondering why all the other stuff can be manually changed but not that one ...
