PCLinux Packaging Instructions/Standards

I've developed some customer scripts and configuration files for a project I did at work. I would like to package these as a PCLinuxOS rpm for future ease. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanx for your interest in packaging :)
Maybe you'll continue on packaging some apps for our fav distro afterward :)
