after newest update and tried to download pics fro gmail lost the kde desktop (no home folder and desktop icons just the blue bubble page. when open the dolphin, all stuff is still there. how do i get everything back to where it was easily.
Right-click the desktop, click Desktop Settings (or something similar -- my KDE speaks Swedish) and switch your desktop back to Folder view from Desktop view. Also, check that the folder view points to the right folder (the one with the icons you want). If the widgets are locked you have to unlock them before you can switch views.
