[SOLVED] How to Add Date to Panel?
« on: August 14, 2010, 12:17:13 AM »
Greeting to all,

Let's say I would like to use some "free space" around clock on the KDE 4.4.5 panel by adding date right below the current shown time.
I want to move the time little bit up and add date/month/year below it.
As we know, by default the calendar itself appears when we click the clock.

But if I want to place current date/month/year under the time, could  someone here so kind show me how to do that ??

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Right-click on the time and select 'Digital Clock settings' . Then in Appearance click on 'Show date'.

Cheers,
Blarney

Blarney,

Oups, it is so easy ... I should try to explore first before posting a question here  ;D
Thank you for your fast reply.

Never before had I had such a nice forum like this where even the Tex post many comments.
I do really appreciate the PCLinuxOS team.
