Palm pilot

Does anyone know anything about getting a palm pilot to work in PClinuxOS?. I have tried the tools in the repos with no luck. It is not seen by linux but is seen by xp. I would sure like to use this thing. The model is tungsten t5. Anyone know of anymore software etc to make it work?. If this post is in the wrong place feel free to move it.

P.S. I am trying to get it to work on a hp nc 8430 laptop.

I've been a PalmOS user for 14 years and a PCLOS-only user for over 3 years.  Ever since Palm moved off of serial connections to USB, connecting has been problematic. I am currently connecting with jpilot (I'm using v.1.6.2) from the repositories; you also need to install the pilot-link package which is often missing from jpilot dependencies - install this first. In the jpilot preferences, be sure to select the PalmOS >5.2 options; otherwise you will connect without transferring the data (a frustrating waste of time).
I can't help with kpilot; I've never been able to get it to work.

Thanks guys. I have it syncing now with jpilot. One other question. How do I configure it to conect to the internet. It has bluetooth wireless.  cant seem to get pass this hurdle.
