I saw a Linux book at Barnes and Noble a few weeks ago. That thing had to weigh at least 5 lbs. ;D
Cost like 10 dollars a pound. :o

For not to be overloaded with tons of books and readings, start with a few commands in a terminal. It is just one page, but very informative. Good luck. Link to a Unix/Linux Command Cheat Sheet
