Has anyone here fooled around with Illumination Software Creator much?

http://radicalbreeze.com/It is supposed to be a RAD environment of some sort that allows a person to develop Python/Qt applications without having to write code.
I have pulled down the archive (.tar.gz file), and will be playing with it for the next couple of days to see what it's about. I'll be sure to jot back as to how I find it to be.
