I downloaded and installed PCLinuxOS 2010.07 Gnome .iso last night and the only major problem I have is mouse settings. The sliders in Control Panel don't do anything.
I am trying to slow down the acceleration and have used "xset m 1/2 2" as I do successfully in many other Linux distros. Alas the xset command does nothing.
Any one with some bright ideas able to help?
I have searched through the forum already but can not find any other posts on this subject ('xset m' not working)
I have a bulk-standard Logitech basic optical mouse ... you know ... that el-cheapo one used by millions of other PC users.
