[Solved] Plymouth theme E17NewSun causes slow boot

Installing and switching to the new E17NewSun plymouth theme causes slow boot/shutdown on my machine.
Boot time with theme solista from gdm to e17 desktop (autologin) : 40 seconds
Boot time with theme E17NewSun: almost 70 seconds

Shutdown with theme solista: 14 seconds
with theme E17NewSun: 26 seconds

Haven't tried the regular NewSun theme

Do you mean NewSun? (I don't find a NewMoon.) NewSun is a bit "heavier" than other themes. I can try to make it lighter, but I can not guarantee that it can be done.

Yes i meant new sun, i just hate the sun with the heat we had last couple of days.

Then it'll probably be my hardware which can't handle this theme, leave it as it is i'm gonna stick to solista. :)

Would you edit the title, please? Change to NewSun and add [Solved].
