How can I add windows to the " logout, reboot," screen ?,

Chuck, it's actually right there.

If you click on "Reboot" and hold the mouse button, the options of your initial boot screen (i.e. the items of your /boot/grub/menu.lst) will appear and you can then pull the mouse cursor to your Windows option and release there.

I have been doing that , hold down and wait for up to 15 seconds, it just wont show
