I have quit a few .wmv files from previous incarnations of PCLinuxos that I now cannot open.
I also have jpg files in emails that will not open. Again after backing up and replacing in various incarnations of PCLinuxos.
I used rsync and tgz as backup types. but only very old tgz had readable jpg's but the .wmv files still do not play.
Do you think I have had problems rsyncing 'kmail' to somwhere or ziipping kmail as tgz.?
