Well, I finally got around to installing PCLinuxOS 2010 KDE 4 on my main desktop (I had been running KDE 4.3 on the 2009.2 base). I usually use checkgmail as my mail notification app, but decided to give mail-notification a shot.
While mail-notification works well, there is one small "glitch." Whenever I try to enter the password for my Gmail account, it informs me that it cannot save the password in the keyring.
Any ideas on this one?
