HI guys, how are you all? I have just moved into a place with wifi <yay>
The problem is I can not get onto the net or even connect to the router. I have the password, I have typed it in correctly but no joy.
I do get a notification that the wireless interface is down and I have no idea how to fix this, and as always with me "my google-fu no good"

I am running PClinuxOS 2010 (full release) KDE 4 version. I am not sure what to tell you guys about the router, would the modle number help?

What majikaal chants must I type into konsole to fix this? ;)
By the way I have had weird issues with net since I got 2010 that I did not have under 2009, sometime wifi works and ethernet doesn't or visa versa. I have updated in the past four days, not sure if that means anything.

So could anyone please help so I don't have to use my housemates' Windoze maschine?

*tactical facepalm*
I was putting the password in wrong. Though sometimes the net will only connect when the windoze box is on.
Thanks for your help anyway, I am always lookin to learn new konsole commands.
