Card reader

Running PclinuxOs 2010 .1.install a internal Card Reader.Each slot shows up as a Generic Drive.When I plug the card in activity light comes on ,but can not see the card (not mounting) Any help

Try the newest kernel (2.6.33-5) in Synaptic. If that doesn't work you might have to wait for the next newest kernel.
