In PCC -> local discs, Advanced (or is it called expert mode?) you can set all the options and the mount point as you want. In reality this is a front end to edit fstab, but that's where this information is stored.

In home you need to make the Dir /Storage i.e. Home/Storage just right click and create new folder named Storage before you go into PCC and set a mount point using the same name for the drive or partition and then it should work without a manual edit of fstab. It will make the changes to fstab, but the dir where you want to mount must be there already.
Example I have a dir named Home/Homemedia and a drive that mounts there auto adding 250gig to my home directory for movies.

Don't forget Linux is case-sensitive /Home is not a standard directory - /home is.

I am resurrecting this old thread because I came across this while searching for 'automount' and I have useful information to add.
Configure Your Desktop a.k.a System Settings a.k.a. the old KDE Control Centre > Hardware > Removable Devices.
Put a tick on the checkbox next to 'Enable automatic mounting of removable media. Then preferable unselect all of the options or whatever suits you.
Go down to the attached devices list if it is a hard disk or a removable device that is already attached. If it is a device not currently attached go to the next list down below and select 'Disconnected devices'
You can select 'Automount on login' or 'Automount on connect'
-SS.
