My friend, can you post the specs of the PC where you created the failed livecd?

Why?!

Because I have remastered a lot in VirtualBox and all of it were all ok!

But when I install it on an eMachine EL1850, then do a remaster from there... it fails just like yours.

I am guessing that it has something to do with the soundcard detection on the eMachine, but that is a guess.

Now, have you tried doing a remaster on VirtualBox?

Even if this is closed, I have to add one small thing.
In my several attempts, I had installed a fresh copy of PClinuxOS 2010 XFCE on my AMD Sempron 3000+ and after the installation, on the reboot I got a kernel panic. I then turned off the PC and went to sleep unsatisfated, the day after I decided to reinstall PCLinuxOS 2009, but on boot I forgot to boot from cd, so it booted from harddrive, this itime no kernel panic and it booted fine. Now I am using this install since some weeks and it seems to be perfect.
So it looks like the first boot after the installation causes a kernel panic. THis happened also before the day I described above, only in the other times i directly wiped the partition.
