Where is "copy to" and "move to"?
« on: May 04, 2010, 04:18:28 PM »
In the older version of KDE you had to install KDE addons in order to get "copy to" and "move to".  This doesn't exist in the repository anymore. How can you get those functions now?

In Dolphin? "Copy To" and "Move To" are a right click away in mine.
Konqueror as well  ??? ???

I didn't do anything special to get them there.

Konqueror (Dolphin also?):
Preferences - Configure Konqueror - File Management - General - Context Menu

(no need to install anything extra)

I found it in Dolphin:

Settings > Configure Dolphin > General > Context Menu > Show copy to and move to commands

Sorry doctore, I don't remember having to do this but I see clearly that this option is there.

Thanks musonio.
