I installed Pclinuxos-2010 and open office via get-open-office. Everything went smooth and I have very fast and smooth KDE-4 desktop. Thanks to all the people who worked hard to make this release a success.
One problem that bugs me, however, is that the KDE integration does not work in Open office, although I have the related package installed. Also the fonts in open office applications look different from the rest of the applications, although I have webcore fonts installed.
Please help. Other than that every thing is smooth and fine. OO start-up time has improved dramatically.
