Main user permissions changed after adding another user
« on: May 02, 2010, 02:56:36 AM »
Hi,

I have an fstab file which is adding permanent shares to my rig.  I did so quite nicely - but it stopped doing it once I added a new user.

What is also happening is that if I type mount -a in a superuser terminal it asks for the superuser password again, which it didn't before.  I mounts all partitions even if I don't give the superuser password.

It doesn't mount the partitions on startup.

Could the permissions of my user been messed up?  Please help.
Regards longtom
