Basket & Kontact Integration
« on: May 01, 2010, 07:57:32 AM »
Does anyone know how to get Basket to appear in Kontact?

According to the developer's website, Kontact integration should work but I can find no pointers on how to do this.

TIA,

mikkl

This thread may be older than the info you read on the developers' website but it basically says that it's not working.

There is a fix mentioned in the thread but I've got no idea if it works.

Thanks.  IIUC, the fix that is mentioned is for the kde3 version.

I've found this latest version of Baskets to be very buggy indeed - such as:

when password protected baskets created in the older KDE 3 version and imported into the new version cannot be unlocked

And I've noticed when importing KJots into Baskets it brings the formatting code along with it making the imported KJot pages unusable.

Shame, as it was a programme I used a fair amount
