Post install streamlining

For a while now  draklive-install has been improved with one nice useful feature allowing the user to remove unwanted drivers from an installed system.

...now has improved post-install streamlining abilities. After it has completed installation, it will automatically remove drivers for hardware that is not present on your system. This will reduce the future boot time and disk space usage of the installed system.

Immediately after the install the user is prompted to (optionally) remove the packages in question.

As you can see they can be a lot. Graphic drivers for cards you don't have, virtualbox additions etc.

So I was wondering why we still don't have this feature, or even better, is there something equivalent to get rid of all this unwanted stuff?

Thanks.

Dude.... Don't even ask me.  Personally if I install or remaster, I want all the drivers there as my focus at the moment is to provide a complete (Texstar approved) iso to the community with all the hardware detection it can muster.  So.... Not only can I not answer this post.... but I wouldn't even have clue how to begin.  But at least you aren't replying to yourself any more.   ;D
