howto make livecd from the livecd folder

Hi all,
When the system space becomes to small for the .iso image, is there a way to create the .iso from the folder in tmp livecd?
It would help because one could redirect the .iso image elsewhere.

One can direct the temp and finished .iso holding directories to be anywhere there is room to hold them. The last time I did this I put them both on a 300+ GB partition that usually holds just movie files.

This was done on a 2009 installation. In the 2010 release, the script that does this has been renamed mylivecd.

Thank you for coming back.
I have created the basic system in /mnt/images/tmp, the livecd folder is there but there was not enough room for the .iso
So...is it possible to create the .iso file from the livecd folder?
If not I shall have to start again!!

It probably would be possible, but it would be easier to start over and pick a different partition and directory to hold the .iso image. How big is you drive, and how many partitions do you have to work with? Remember, you have to exclude the contents of the mount point directories used. Your .iso can't exceed ~4 GB.
