E17 sheleves apper under or above windos.

i'm using E17 and i am staring to find it annoying the fact that my windows have to fall on top or below the shelve / task bar

is it possible to lock so full window's or when i move them about they can't be covered or covering the task bar?

For the shelves there's an option 'Allow windows to overlap' which you czan enable/disable per shelf.
