[Solved] Can't see other machines on ms network

Honestly, I searched for an earlier post dealing with setting up networking in KDE4 but can't find it.
I have samba set up and running on boot, have set up this machine for networking and it's visible .
The problem is the Windows machine is not showing up.  Didn't have this problem with 3.5.
I noticed in PCC, that nfs-server is not running.  Tried to start it, but will not start (after a long wait).
Not sure if it needs to be running.  Any help will be appreciated.

Have you started SMB4K?

And have you checked your Firewall?

Starting Smb4k did the trick.  I don't recall having to start it in 3.5 in order to see the other machine.
