SOLVED How do you change icons?

When you have the new KDE-2010 how do you change the individual application icons?

I wanted to use Archie's Neon ones for some of the applications.

The right click does not bring up a box to allow you to do that like the
older version did.

Is there some program I missed in synaptic after my update that I need?

You can right-click the application launcher button, choose "Menu Editor" and change the icons from in there.

Under all applications it doesn't happen on my machine like it use too.

that or edit a icon theme and add/remove icons you need, some packages will explain you how to do it

you will find many packages on kde-look.org
