[SOLVED] Some minor issues after update to PCLOS 2010 KDE.

I have done a new installation keeping my /home partition intact!
The installations was flawless! PCLOS 2010 is running like a breeze so far but i have some small issues to solve!
My desktop icons disappeared and and my task panel icons are also missing ! I added some but i'm having a hard time to fix it to be like the original one.
My wife's account it's ok, no issues with her...

Can anyone point me the right direction to configure it like it should be ?

You might try coping the following files from /etc/skel/.kde4/share/config to /home/yourname/.kde4/share/config folder, log out and back in again.

plasmoidviewer-appletsrc
plasma-appletsrc
plasma-desktop-appletsrc
plasma-desktoprc plasmarc

Thanks for your help. Everything's fine now.
My kde config files are at kde4 folder not at kde but following your instructions it was quite simple to solve my problem!
