Have lost cups-driver [SOLVED]

Don't know quite what I've done, but my printer suddenly refuses to perform (in upgraded 2009.2). In Print Manager-> Print Server -> Restart Server I get the message:
Code: [Select]
Unable to restart print server. Error message received from manager:
Unable to find a running CUPS server

Rebooting has no effect  >:( .

Can anyone help? Thanks

OK, panic over. I knew that it couldn't be the printer, because that works with PCLOS 2010 on my other laptop. The thing that threw me was that the system knew about the printer but was unable to address it. Anyway, I simply used the Admin Centre to delete the printer and re-install it; job done. ;D
