Final release
« on: April 20, 2010, 03:35:42 PM »
I just downloaded the final release of PCLOS 2010.  My question is:  If my PCLOS service pack II is updated and current, do I need to install the new final version?  Is there anything missing from the updates?  Thanks

You should do a re-install from Beta 2. Even if it works to just update, any problems that do come up will be very difficult to diagnose and to solve.

Your PCLinuxOS service pack II, even when updated, is still really the second TEST version of the final OS.

You should defiantly install the final release to get all the fixes from the second test.
