I hooked up another monitor and configured NVIDIA Display Settings to Twinview. Although, the additional monitor was correctly identified, SystemSettings (KDE Control Center) still cannot correctly render a wallpaper on one of the monitors leaving it blank/transparent. Up until KDE 3.5.10, I could spread a wallpaper across two the monitors but since KDE 4, this feature is still undeveloped.
