The downloads are available from some (but not all) of the usual-suspect ftp/http sites, at least 5-6 hours ago. If you d/l it, be sure to get it from a mirror that has the completed u/l.

I'm running the 2010 MiniMe release right now--downloaded it a couple hours ago--and it is elegant. IMHO, if this keeps up, Tex will have as widely distributed release as the landmark 2008 PCLOS. This is the innovative, cutting edge but stable stuff PCLOS was originally built on. I think it will receive the appropriate responses. Kudos to all involved!

regards,
-dc

Try here  Installed KDE and downloading Gnome to give it a try

Crow, you are so bad....

How about having folks look at the front page of www.PCLinuxOS.com and choosing a repository from the list?

Thanks for the help. I'm in the US, any mirrors here? I think I read that's better someplace.

Ok - I have to ask and this is going to come off as completely dumb - BUT, when I upgrade from synaptic, is that not fulling upgrading me to 2010?

Again sorry if this sounds idiotic.

I think the prudent thing to do is let the mirrors sync then look for the official announcement on the main page when everything is ready to go.

That's all I needed to hear! I thought there was some kind of easter egg hunt going on here, and I've got 2 semi broken machines(I did it!), can't find the 09 iso's anywhere, can't get them, and here you guys are, running 2010, and not telling me where to get it!

Whew, running PClinuxOS since 2006 or so, and not able to get it shakes a fellow up!

I'll wait for the official announcement!

Because, as Tex said, it's not done syncing, and it's not official yet. And it won't let you! That last part was what had me guessing.

Just a note.... Not all of the mirrors have synced and many have partial ISOs. The full KDE ISO is 695mb.

Thanks to everyone who donates. You keep the servers running.
